About our Services

An Energy Performance Certificate is now needed when selling or renting a property. We provide Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties.

We accept work from Estate Agents, Solicitors and Homeowners. We are Yorkshire born and bred and work mainly in the Yorkshire Area. Being Brighouse based we mainly cover the Calderdale, Kirklees and Bradford areas. However, Leeds and North Yorkshire are also quite accessible. We pride ourselves on reliability, quality of service and accuracy of reporting.

is a dedicated professional who prides himself on Customer Service. With over 25 years Banking based IT, Customer and marketing experience Jonathan has become established in the business with strong background knowledge and a deep understanding of what Customers want in the Housing Market. He is a Brighouse based family man and is well respected within the local community.

is also a Brighouse based family man. His 30 years experience in Local Government and Utilities have made his transition to this relatively new role quite smooth. He has surveyed many properties over the years, but only recently with a view specifically aimed at energy efficiency. His commitment and attention to detail is ideally suited to this type of work.
